American YouTube personality and entrepreneur Michelle Phan has launched a new online lifestyle network, ICON, which is described as 'the online global destination for the empowerment of women through inspirational premium content, conversation and community'.

Dancer and blogger Danielle Peazer, nutritionist Madeleine Shaw and former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh will act as contributors, providing tips and advice on food, wellness, beauty and fashion. The service - available on YouTube and other platforms - launches in the US and UK this week, extending to Western Europe and Asia later this year.
